There seems to be a little confusion concerning the office hours of Local 306. Just to clarify- We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but the window closes at 4pm. This is so the staff can do the final "wrap-up" in the last hour to do entries and other office work. If you work late and do not want to mail your payments, we can make arrangements on a Monday Night, but by request only. I ask you to please be considerate toward the staff and adhere to the above. We are enclosing a copy of your Weingarten Rights. Please read it and keep it with you.

As previously mentioned at one of our meetings, we are having a new third party
administrator for the Theatrical Department. We will no longer be using ASO, Inc.,
and our new administrator of the Theatrical Welfare Fund will be:

                                            C and R CONSULTING
                                       Phone Number- 646 380 8510

You may already have received information from them in the mail. Please open it and read it. Your benefits will remain the same as with ASO. The Trustees have only changed the 3rd party administrators.

The Traditional Department Representative, Barry Garfman and the Theatrical Department Representative, Carol Bokun will give their reports at the meeting.

The Business Office will be closed on Monday, February 20th, in observance of President's Day. On Friday, the 17th of February, the office will be closing at 2pm.

Fraternally and In Solidarity,

Lorraine Lowrey
Secretary-Treasurer

Please attend and participate at every meeting.

Always in meetings be courteous and respectful to your Union Sisters and Brothers, regardless of his/her point of view and regardless of department.  It is imperative that we all are informed of the decisions made by our elected officials, so that membership oversight, mandated by our Constitution and By-Laws, is properly exercised.  Also, please be prompt so we may start on time and all business will conclude, allowing every worker to get to his/her theater call on time. Courtesy to your fellow members is always very much appreciated.
